Instructors: Jason Woodruff

Jason is a career law enforcement officer with over 28 years’ experience. He was assigned to SWAT for 22 years, holding positions as a Sniper, Sniper Team Leader, Sniper Instructor, Ballistic Breacher, Team Leader, and Team Commander. Jason planned and participated in real-world missions, obtained thousands of hours of documented training time, and holds instructor certifications in a variety of SWAT-related topics. He is passionate about what he does and driven to provide relevant and up-to-date training.

Class description

A workshop designed to advance the student's proficiency with a rifle equipped with a magnified optic.

Class requirements

Precision Scoped Rifle capable of 1 MOA (min Cal .223), Rifle Scope with external elevation and windage adjustments (minimum 10x magnification/ranging reticle preferred), Sling, Bipod, small rear bag. 200 rounds duty ammo, kit you deploy with, tripod if you have one, weather appropriate clothing, ear protection, rifle cleaning gear, rifle/optic tools, smart phone/ballistic solver, APR/Gas Mask (if issued), binoculars, and note taking material.
